General Pre-Order Terms
Products identified as pre-orders are sold before their expected release, production completion, or fulfillment date.
Any expected ship, release, or delivery date is an estimate unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
Pre-order timing may change because of manufacturing, licensing, production, distribution, carrier, supply-chain, or other circumstances.
Mixed Orders
An order containing both available and pre-order merchandise may ship together or separately depending on fulfillment configuration, product location, and availability.
If separate shipments are used, separate tracking numbers and, for international customers, separate customs or destination charges may apply.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Cancellation rights for pre-orders are subject to applicable law and the order's fulfillment status. A cancellation request is not effective until confirmed.
