Music & Digital Content

How digital purchases work, your personal-use license, territory restrictions, and support for physical music products.

Effective August 13, 2026

Digital Products

Digital music, downloads, digital booklets, digital artwork, or other downloadable products are generally final sale once delivered, downloaded, accessed, redeemed, or otherwise made available, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a customer experiences a technical problem accessing a purchased digital product, contact us through https://jhonnynorte.com/pages/contact so we can attempt to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

License for Digital Content

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing digital music or other digital content provides the purchaser with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content for lawful personal use.

Purchase does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, master rights, publishing rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property ownership.

Customers may not unlawfully reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, publicly distribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, remove rights information from, or circumvent access controls applied to digital content.

Availability and Territory Restrictions

Digital products may be restricted to certain countries or regions because of licensing, rights-management, distribution, tax, or legal requirements.

Balanex Media Group may decline or cancel a digital sale where distribution to the purchaser's territory is not authorized.

Physical Music

Physical music products such as CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, or other sealed media may have return restrictions after opening.

If physical media arrives damaged or defective, contact us within the applicable claim period for assistance.

Any final-sale or sealed-media restriction should be clearly disclosed before purchase where required.
