Accepted Payment Methods
Payment methods available to a customer are displayed at checkout and may vary by location, currency, device, payment provider, or platform.
Payment Authorization
An order may be delayed, declined, or canceled if a payment cannot be authorized, is later reversed, is flagged for review, or cannot be lawfully processed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
Pricing
Prices may change without notice before an order is placed. A price displayed after a completed order does not retroactively change the price of that completed order unless required by law or Balanex Media Group expressly agrees otherwise.
Obvious typographical, technical, pricing, or listing errors may be corrected. Where permitted by law, an affected order may be canceled and refunded.
Taxes
Applicable sales, use, value-added, goods-and-services, or similar transaction taxes may be collected where required by law or platform configuration.
Taxes collected at checkout are separate from customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other destination-country import charges unless the checkout expressly indicates that such charges are included.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions may have:
- start and end dates;
- product exclusions;
- territory restrictions;
- minimum purchase requirements;
- quantity limits;
- one-use limitations;
- account or household restrictions; or
- restrictions against combining multiple offers.
Promotions have no cash value except where required by law. Balanex Media Group may correct or cancel a promotion affected by technical error, misuse, fraud, or unauthorized distribution, subject to applicable law.
Refunds on Discounted Orders
Refunds for discounted merchandise are based on the amount actually paid for the returned item, subject to applicable taxes and legally required adjustments.
When an order-level discount is allocated among multiple items, a partial return may be refunded using the allocated discounted value rather than the item's undiscounted list price.
